KAKO VODITI BRIGU O MASNOJ KOŽI / HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OILY SKIN

Imam masnu kožu i to mi se nimalo ne svidja. Masna koža je najproblematičnija od svih tipova kože, i ne samo da ruzno izgleda kada je lice masno i onako skroz ljepljivo, već masna koža i privlači više prljavštine i samim tim je sklonija bubuljicama, miteserima, pore su raširene i koža izgleda grublje.Mnoge žene pate zbog masne kože, ali mnoge i griješe u njezi, pa onda još i naprave stvari gorima. Ono o čemu treba povesti računa jeste:

I have oily skin and I really don't like that fact. oily skin is a lot more problem than any other skin types. It doesn't just look nice when your face is all oily and sticky, but oily skin attracts more dirt and hence prone to acne, blackheads, enlarged pores plus the skin looks coarse. A lot of women suffer because of oily skin, but many make mistakes in treating it as well, making things even worse. This is what we should take into consideration:


Sredstva za čišćenje
Masna koža se mora redovno čistiti, dva puta dnevno, ali moramo koristiti blago sredstvo bez mirisa, koje cuva vlažnost kože, inače će koža u panici proizvoditi još više masnoće i eto većeg problema. Ako blago sredstvo za čišćenje lica ne pomogne, onda moramo koristiti neko sa kiselinama, npr.salicilnu ili glikolnu kiselinu ili benzoil peroksid, ali ne smijemo pretjerivati ni sa kiselinama

Cleanser
Oily skin needs to be washed regularly, twice a day, and we have to use a mild cleanser, fragrance-free, that keeps the skin hydrated, otherwise, the skin will produce even more oil in panic and then we get a bigger problem. If the light cleanser doesn't help, then we should try a product that includes an acid, such as salycilic and glycolic acid, or benzoyl peroxide, but we should never exaggerate with acids.


































Toner
Moramo koristiti toner, jer samo on može da održi prirodnu pH vrijednost kože, a skida i ostatke prljavštine, mrtve ćelije, smanjuje pore... Mora biti bezalkoholni i hidrirajući, a najbolje bi bilo koristiti ga samo na područjima gdje je koža masna, a zaobići suhe dijelove kože.

Toner
We have to use a toner, because only a toner can keep the skin's natural pH balanced. A toner also wipes off extra dirt, dead cells and it shrinks the pores... It has to be alcohol-free and moisturising, and it would be best to only use it on oily parts of the skin, and avoid the dry parts


Piling
Jednom sedmično bi svako trebao uraditi piling kože, a ovo je jedan od najbitnijih koraka u tretiranju masne kože. Piling otklanja naslage mrtvih ćelija, čemu je masna koža sklona, a ujedno i pročišćava pore. Treba investirati u dobar piling koji sadrži salicilnu kiselinu(BHA), jer ona ne samo da uništava površinski sloj mrtvih ćelija, nego i unutar pora, tako da se funkcija pora poboljšava i dozvoljava masnoći da lakše izadje na površinu, a ne da ostaje u koži i začepljava pore.



Scrub
Everyone should scrub their face once a week and this is one of the most important steps in treating oily skin.
It wipes out a lot of dead skin, which oily skin is prone to, and at the same time it unclogs the pores. You should invest in a good scrub that contains salycilic acid(BHA), because it doesn't just scrub away dead skin on the surface, but inside the pores as well, so the function of the pores gets better and that allows oil to  come on the surface freely, so it doesn't stay under the skin and clogs the pores.

Krema
Mnogi misle da će krema dodatno umastiti kožu, ali to nije istina. Čak i masnoj koži treba hidratacija, a najbolje je koristiti neku laganu kremu na bazi vode. Navečer bi trebali stavljati neki serum ili gel, a ujutro kremu sa zaštitnim faktorom, bez ulja naravno, jer i masnoj koži treba zaštita od sunca.

Moisturizer
Some think that a moisturizer will additionally make the skin shinier, but this is not true. Even oily skin needs hydration, and it is best to use a light water-based moisturiser. At night we should use a serum or gel, and in the morning something with SPF, oil-free, of course, because even oily skin needs a sun-screen.

Maske za lice

Stavljanje maski na lice, a pogotovo onih sa glinom, izvlači masnoću i pročišćava pore, ali moramo biti pažljivi, jer ako ih koristimo često, možemo kožu presušiti. Najbolje bi bilo stavljati ih jednom mjesečno i za posebne prilike. Ima ih raznih za kupiti, mada i na netu ima mnogo tutorijala o tome kako sam napraviti masku za kožu.



Masks
Applying facial masks, especially the ones with clay, can draw out oils and it cleanses your pores, but we have to be careful with them, because they tend to dry out the skin if used often. The best is to use them once a month and some special occasions. There are various kinds of masks to buy, but there are also many tutorials on the web on making your own facial masks.

Ovo su jednostavni koraci u tretiranju masne kože, a pored toga treba izbjegavati slatkiše, piti dosta vode i uzimati vitamin A.

These are simple steps in treating oily skin, and besides this, we should cut out on sweets, drink a lot of water and take vitamin A.


KAKO IZGUBITI SALO SA STOMAKA, ILI NEKO DRUGO SALO / HOW TO LOSE BELLY FAT, OR ANY OTHER FAT


Prije 5 mjeseci sam rodila prekrasnu djevojčicu i mojoj sreći nije bilo kraja. Medjutim, kile su još uvijek tu, a i stomak mi nije baš za pohvaliti... Doduše, nikada nisam bila mršava, možda nekada u osnovnoj školi, ali što je previše, previše je. Nisam nikada držala neke stroge dijete, a sada sam naišla na par trikova za mršanje koji mi zvuče logično, a i nisu ništa strašno, tako da ću od sada to primjenjivati, pa ćemo vidjeti kakvo će stanje biti za mjesec ili....

1. Popite čašu vode prije obroka (negdje sam čak pročitala da treba da bude mlaka, zašto?-ne znam)
2. Jedite 5 manjih obroka dnevno
3. Jedite polako
4.Uradite neke cardio vježbe makar 20 minuta na dan
5.Plivajte :-D
6. Izbacite slatkiše
7.Nikada, ali nikada ne preskačite doručak
8.Pijte puno vode svaki dan
9. Spavajte makat 7,8 sati svaki dan
10. Izbacite alkohol
11. Smanjite unos soli
12.Izbjegavajte stres
13. Izbjegavajte fast food
14.Izbacite gazirana piće, možete piti meneralnu vodu
15.Nemojte se izgladnjivati
16.Jedite dosta svježeg voća i povrća
17.Obogatite obroke namirnicama koje sadrže veliku količinu vlakana
18.Neka vam tanjir bude šaren
19.Penjite se stepenicama
20.Budite uporni!

5 months ago I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and I was never happier. However, I did not lose the weight I gained during my pregnancy, and my belly is not so great either ... I have to admit, I've never been skinny, maybe some time in elementary school, but this is really way too much, even for me. I was never on a  strict diet, and now I came across a couple of tricks for weight loss, that sound logical, and not a big deal, so I will so I will try them out, and we will see what happens in a month or so....

1 .Drink a glass of water before eating
2.Eat five small meals a day
3.Eat slowly
4.Do cardio at least 20 minutes a day
5.Swim
6.Cut out sweets
7.Never, I mean never skip breakfast
8.Drink a lot of water every day
9.Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night
10.Cut out alcohol
11.Reduce salt intake
12.Avoid stress
13.Cut out fast food
14.Cut out soda
15.Don't starve yourself
16.Eat a lot of fresh fruit and veggies
17.Enrich your diet with fiber
18.Color your plate
19.Climb stairs
20.Be persistent!

KAKO ŽENE VIDE SEBE HOW WOMEN SEE THEMSELVES

Moj prvi post( mozda je smiješno što tek sada počinjem blogati :-D, al mislim da nikada nije kasno), a biće ih još mnogo nadam se, je o tome kako žene vide same sebe. Oduvijek znamo da smo sami sebi najgori kritičari, a mi žene smo posebne u tome, zapravo smo jako nemilosrdne. Najčešće su te samokritike neopravdane, što pokazuje i jedan mali eksperiment koji su uradili divni ljudi iz Dove-a. Naime, kažu da samo 4% žena širom svijeta smatra sebe lijepima, što je zaista mali procenat, a to pokazuje koliko malo samopouzdanja imamo, dok nas drugi vide totalno drugačije. Ovaj video je meni bio jako emotivan, pogotovo što znam da sam i sama kao i žene prikazane u klipu. Pogledajte!


My first post (maybe it is funny that I am starting to blog now, but I think it's never too late), and there will be more, I hope, is about how women see themselves. We always knew that we are our own worst critics, and especially us women, in fact, we are very ruthless. Most often this self-criticism is unjustified, as shown by an experiment that wonderful people from Dove conducted. Specifically, they say that only 4% of women worldwide consider themselves beautiful, a really small percentage, and it shows how little confidence we have, while others see us totally differently. This video  was very emotional for me, especially because I know that I am just like the women  shown in the clip. Pls watch!
